Return & Refund Policy
At Moris & Sons, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 3-4 business days.
Refunds will be made only to the same bank account / payment source that was used at the time of placing the order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Accessories and gift items
Damaged / Wrong Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures, along with video and we will arrange a replacement/refund will be done within 5-7 business days.
